Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Inventoriz you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a team or company, you are confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. What Inventoriz is

Inventoriz is an inventory management tool. You can track items, organize them by location, create custom item types, generate QR codes, and collaborate with a team. We have free and paid plans. What is included in each plan is described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Use accurate information when signing up.
One account per person or organization. Do not share accounts.
You need to be at least 16 years old to use Inventoriz.

4. What you cannot use it for

Please do not use Inventoriz to:

Break any laws
Upload or transmit malicious code
Try to access other users' data or accounts
Resell or reverse engineer the service
Scrape or hammer the service with automated requests

5. Your data

What you put in Inventoriz is yours.
We store and process it only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store anything you upload.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
Upgrades happen immediately and are prorated.
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
We do not offer refunds unless required by law.
We may change pricing. If we do, we will give 30 days notice.

7. Free plan and trials

The free plan is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantees.
Trial details are on the pricing page.
We may change or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time from workspace settings.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
When an account is deleted, your data is removed within 30 days.

9. Uptime

We try to keep Inventoriz running reliably, but we cannot guarantee specific uptime. We will give notice for planned maintenance where we can.

10. Liability

Inventoriz is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If something goes wrong, our maximum liability is limited to what you have paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are handled in Norwegian courts.
